Santek manufacturing facilities are located in Izmit / Turkey (100 km east of Istanbul) and very close to a major motorway and deep seaport. Beside of SANTEK’s workshop location advantages, TURKEY is having a big advantage due to its geographical location also. It is just in the center of North Africa, Middle East, Caucasia, Russia and Balkans. While TURKEY is holding good relations and having easy access to all countries located in these regions, investors searching for fabricators should not dismiss SANTEK and its workshop capacities.
12,000 sqm workshop is built on a 20,000 sqm piece of land positioned in a major industrial area. Workshop has 4 bays, 12 overhead cranes, dedicated Stainless Steel fabrication bay and separated blasting cabin. 22m crane altitude allows us to fabricate such vessels in vertical position. Cranes up to 60 tons capacity provides the mechanical muscle needed for large capacity projects.
It is equipped with the latest technology including automated welding, various CNC, NC, PLC, DNC, on-line machines. also, it has integrated several QC systems with certified non-destructive examination personnel.
