SANTEK offers his procurement services by working close up with engineering, fabrication and construction which enables to reduce purchasing costs, mitigate industrial risks and reduce the time expended by personnel for the purchase of engineered equipment or plant it self.

SANTEK has a technologically advanced fabrication facility located in IZMIT (100 km east of Istanbul) within 15 km of international deep-sea port and 5 km to major highway, built on a 20.000 sqm fenced yard with 13.000 sqm covered fabrication shop space, totally 4 bays, dedicated stainless steel bay, 12 overhead cranes and having a 4.000 tons/year production capacity. 22 mt crane altitude allows to manufacture vessels in vertical position. It is equipped with the latest technology including automated and robotic welding, various CNC, NC machines. It has integrated QA/QC systems, certified non-destructive examination personnel, heat treatment devices as well as advanced communication technology, management information and powerful computer hardware with associated design, engineering and simulation software. Using advanced manufacturing technology and integrated QA / QC and IT systems SANTEK is geared to remain a consistent and reliable global fabricator.

Through our wholly owned fabrication facilities, SANTEK is able to allocate other workshops and facilities located in Istanbul and Izmit while offering a single source responsibility, reliability and commitment to meet the unique needs of each project that we have undertaken.
